Boat Ride
A friend let us borrow her boat two weekends ago. We took it out to a nearby lake. I was a bit nervous about taking 5 kids on it, but they did fine.
We had a blast. It was such a nice relaxing day, just what our family needed.
Brett and Kieran tried to drop in a line, but after about 3 casts and a stuck lure, they realized the wind wasn't going to cooperate.
The water was cold! But we still enjoyed getting a spray.

Looks like fun! Reminds me of a particular time when our children were small and we went for a boat ride in the Ozarks. But it was summer then and we could get in the water...always a treat for the whole family. Praying for you. Please let us know if you ever have a meeting in west central or north western IA.
